"Grief is heavy, but you don’t have to carry it alone"
To normalize grief and create safe, accessible spaces where individuals can navigate loss without shame or isolation. We envision a world where grief is openly acknowledged, supported, and honored—where healing happens in community, not in silence.
We center mind, body, and spirit healing through storytelling, community connection, and intentional spaces. Through facilitated sessions, special events and programming, and shared resources, we redefine community by fostering authentic human experiences where grief is met with understanding, not avoidance.
The Grief Club is a healing community dedicated to normalizing grief and its impact on the mind, body, and spirit.Through curated events, meaningful discussions, and shared resources, we create safe, accessible spaces where individuals can express their grief, connect with others, and find tools to support their healing journey.
We believe in redefining community by fostering real connections and authentic human experiences that honor loss, resilience, and growth. Whether grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or a significant life transition, The Grief Club is a space where healing is embraced, not silenced. Founded in March of 2024.
Grief has a way of reshaping everything we know. It changes how we see the world, how we show up, and how we move through our days. I know this because I’ve lived it. When I lost my mother in 2023, I was faced with a pain so deep, I didn’t know how to hold it. I searched for spaces that acknowledged the weight of grief—spaces where healing wasn’t rushed, where I didn’t have to explain or justify my feelings. When I couldn’t find that space, I decided to create it.
The Grief Club was born out of both personal loss and deep purpose. I wanted to build a community where people could grieve out loud—where they didn’t have to suffer in silence or feel like they had to “move on” before they were ready. A space where people could share their stories, find connection, and understand that grief isn’t something to be fixed, but something to be honored and held with care.
At The Grief Club, we recognize that grief impacts the mind, body, and spirit. We hold space for the complexities of loss, whether it’s the passing of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or a major life transition. Here, we don't push healing on a timeline—we allow it to unfold in its own way, at its own pace.
My hope is that this community becomes a place of comfort, understanding, and transformation. That through storytelling, shared experiences, and intentional connection, we not only grieve together—but also heal, grow, and move forward together.
You are seen. You are supported. You are not alone.
